Table of contents and preface by Andrew of Caesarea precede the text proper. 22 leaves at the end have a text by Cyril of Jerusalem (incomplete, the end is missing). Minor marginal inscriptions, some of them scribal. Many miniatures interspersed, probably by the same hand as those in Ms. Uppsala Slavic 71. Ornamented heading.
